Based in Quebec, our team of over 300 employees develop tailored meal solutions for airline companies, retail and food services for a wide variety of customers based in North America. In 1989, construction began on the Delta Dailyfood’s production facility in Rigaud, Quebec, and the company opened its doors just one year later. In 2006, Delta Dailyfood was acquired by Fleury Michon SA and in 2018, Delta Dailyfood changed its name to Fleury Michon America Inc. (FMA). All of this was the start of who we are today. An established company specializing in producing meal solutions for airlines and retail institutions, amongst others. Thanks to the vast experience acquired over the years, we are now the most innovative partner in unique food concepts.
The idea started over 50 years ago in a hotel kitchen where meals were being prepared for nearby businesses. Our founder, Fons Aaldering, thought that this could be done differently, and in 1969, he built a factory for pre-prepared meals in Doetinchem, and Marfo was born. All of this was the start of who we are today, more than half a century later. An established company specializing in producing meal solutions for airlines and health institutions, amongst others.
